Immunity-Boosting Turmeric, Ginger, Kale Soup!

A Healthy Anti-Inflammatory turmeric will clean you inside out . Kale full of vitamins is a warrior that fights cancer and inflammation ! Ginger will improve your blood circulation aid digestion and get rid of toxins!  Seriously all of it in a yummy bowl of soup ! GINGER TURMERIC KALE CHICKEN SOUP

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon your favorite oil, i personally love coconut oil

• 1 medium chopped onion

• 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped 

• 2-3 teaspoons  turmeric

• 1 tablespoon f grated ginger

• salt to taste

• 1 red bell pepper optional

• 1 carrot, diced

• 3 stalks celery

• 8 cups chicken broth or water or coconut milk  

• 3-4 cups cooked chicken (optional)

• 4 cups chopped kale (de-stemmed)

• juice of 1 lime

• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

1 Heat a large soup pot  add the olive oil, the onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and salt and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.

2 Add the rest of the vegetables  and sauté for 5 minutes or less . Add the chicken with broth. Once start  boiling, reduce to medium heat  and simmer for 15 minutes.

3 Add the kale and  lime juice and cilantro.  Serve with  cilantro and lime .
